Dr. Margaret (Maggie) Aderin-Pocok is a British space scientist and science educator. She is best known for being a co-presenter of BBC One’s The Sky at Night, and CBeebies Stargazing. She has helped design revolutionary space instruments. Space instruments she has worked on include the James Webb Space Telescope, Gemini Observatory telescopes, and European Space Agency satellites. She continues to work on space research projects. She recently became the chancellor at the University of Leicester, a UK University known for space research.
