New year, new me requires a new plan of action. I believe there is one challenge that will fit this new plan of action – the 75 Hard Challenge.

Now, before you roll your eyes and mumble about “fitness fads,” hear me out. This challenge is not just about push-ups and kale smoothies (although, those can be part of it!). 

What is the 75 Hard Challenge?

The 75 Hard Challenge is a mental toughness challenge disguised in a fitness routine. It’s about pushing past your comfort zone, building discipline, and emerging as the fiercest version of yourself.

So, what exactly is this beast? It’s 75 days of commitment to five core principles. 

What Are The Five Core Principles of the 75 Hard Challenge?

  1. Diet: Choose a structured diet (keto, paleo, vegan,etc.). No cheat meals, no sugar and no “just one sip” of wine.
  2. Workouts: Two 45-minute sessions every single day. One gotta be outside, rain or shine. Bonus points for pushing your limits and getting your endorphins pumping.
  3. Hydration: Gallon of water daily, no excuses. Let’s be real, that’s a lot of water! The easiest way to achieve this is getting the gallon water bottle that has time of day measurements on the bottle to track your water intake throughout the day. 
  4. Education: 10 pages of NON-FICTION every day. Think self-improvement, biographies, business gurus, anything that lights your intellectual fire.
  5. Progress Pics: Snap a daily photo to track your physical transformation. Watch those cheekbones pop, that confidence soar, and prepare to be amazed by the person you’re becoming.
